Order Processing of all the items
We strive to provide you with prompt, courteous service. Most items are sent out the next business day the item is ordered and paid. If the items are ordered on the weekend, the package will be mailed out on Monday.
Same day shipping is available depending on the time of order. Please allow 10-15 business days for normal post shipping. With speed post service, you can have your jewelry in 3 days after the items are sent out.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Shipping & Handling Charges
- Our shipping is always FREE; only add GBP1.00 for operation and handling charge is added for one single invoice.
- All purchase items with full payment will be dispatched within 24 hours, except Sunday and Public Holiday, the delivery time is approximately 10- 15 days.
- We offer Speed Post Service 3 days delivery, charge is subjected to order size and destination, please contact us.
