Customer Service - Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I need to be a member in order to shop in yòNEED.com?

No, you do not need to be a member to purchase from yòNEED Jewelry on-line store. However, you can enjoy special discounts and privileges when you become a member. For more details, check out our Loyalty Program.

2. How do I use the shopping cart?

The shipping cart helps you group and organize your purchases in our yòNEED Jewelry on-line store. To select and add an item onto your shopping cart, simply click on the red icon beside the image of your selected items. At the end of your shopping, you will be able to see your list of selected items with the grand total of your shopping invoice. There will also be instructions for you to proceed to payment.

3. Do you accept other forms of payment other than credit cards through PayPal?

PayPal is our preferred payment option. However, for back order or bulk purchase exceeding 500 items, we accept bank wiring transfer and Western Union. Please contact us for further arrangement.

4. Is there a minimum order or purchase quantity?

There is not minimum order or purchase quantity. You can even purchase one item from our on-line store and enjoy all the membership privileges through our Loyalty Program.

5. Is postage inclusive in the listed purchase price?

Yes, all purchases from yòNEED Jewelry on-line store are inclusive of FREE shipment and the handling charge per invoice is only GBP 2.00 (USD 3.08).

6. Is there any discount for bulk purchase or back orders?

We offer attractive bulk purchase (wholesale) discount according to the order quantity. Check out our Partnership Program for more details.

7. What is the normal delivery lead-time of my order upon payment?

Orders for all paid items are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (on normal working days except for Saturdays and Sundays) of payment confirmation. Depending on destinations of delivery, the typical delivery timeframe is between 10 to 15 days.

8. What is your return policy?

You may return any item you purchase at yòNEED Jewelry for exchange or replacement for item of the same value or lower. Refunds will be entertained but up to 80% of the purchase value only. All items must be returned to yòNEED Jewelry within 7 days of any request made for exchange, replacement or refund.

All return items must be in their original condition. Shipping and handling charge will be applicable unless the goods are returned due to manufacturing defects.

9. What are your jewelry made of?

We carefully select precious material for our jewelry to convey our philosophy of perfection. To break the barriers of natural restrictions in the design of jewelry, yòNEED Jewelry selectively uses the new generation Russian Synthetic Gemstones, which combine scientific crafting techniques in the complemented with excellent quality assurance standards.

10. Do you deal with customized designs and back orders?
