2. This "Buy 5 Get 1 Free Gift Program" CANNOT be used in conjunction with the Buy 1 Free 1 Program or the FREE OF CHARGE UK / US Rapid Shipping Service. If you are claiming the Buy 5 Get 1 Free gifts, and you prefer the order to be shipped by the UK / US Rapid Shipping Service, you would have to pay the rapid service fee. You will be able to select the Rapid Shipping option from the shipping option drop-down box, where the required service fees are also shown.

3. Customers of greater discount levels (Diamond, 25% Off / Ruby, 20% Off VIP members) can trade off their discounts for qualifying this free gifts program. If these customers prefer to claim free gifts for an order, discount will not be applied in that particular order.

4. This "Buy 5 Get 1 Free Gift Program" does NOT accumulate the discounted / Great Deal items, the items from the Limited Time Corner or the Job Lot items. These special items will not be counted as purchased items accumulation, however, they could become the free gifts in the program. For instance, if an order contains 3 items with regular prices, and 3 items from the Limited Time Corner, then this order does not meet the requirements of the program because only the 3 regular items will be counted for the "Buy 5" accumulation and therefore, this "Buy 5" requirement is not fulfilled. In another example, an order contains 5 items with regular prices, and 1 item from the Limited Time Corner, then this order is eligible for the program because the "Buy 5 regular items" requirement has been met, and the item from the Limited Time Corner will be given as the free gift, since it is the item with the lowest price in the order.

5. We ship the free gift via international air mail. Items are guaranteed brand new and fully examined in good condition before dispatch. We cannot, however, ensure damage-free of the free gift during the course of delivery. We can offer replacement for damaged gifts, provide that the buyer is returning the gifts to us as well as bearing the returning postage charges.

6. All ordered items, or items in your shopping cart must be paid and settled before the program deadline on August 31, 2011 (Program Ended) in order to qualify the program. Unpaid items and outstanding payment will not be accounted for gift redemption.
