1. You will only be entitled to join the Irresistible Buy 1 Free 1 Program after you have your account verified via Facebook. By doing so, you would have also agreed to allow us to obtain the basic information from your Facebook account.

2. Each new or existing yoNEED.com registered Member is entitled to only ONE entry to the Buy 1 Free 1 program. Therefore, do make sure that you maximize the benefit of this program by selecting as many items in your order as possible. Remember: you will be given this Buy 1 Free 1 offer for a one time purchase only!

3. You must be a registered member in order to be entitled to join the Irresistible Buy 1 Free 1 Program. To become a verified member, you must register your yoNEED.com account with full details, join yoNEED.com Facebook page and get verified through facebook. If your facebook account is activated for less than 3 months, we will need to consider your membership status on a case to case basis, depending on the overall activities of your Facebook account. So long as we can verify that your Facebook account is legal and that your account is genuine, we will have your account verified. yoNEED.com shall always reserve the rights and final decisions on qualifying memberships.

4. All yòNEED Membership Discounts (5% Off up to 25% Off), and all Wholesale Discounts will become ineligible in the order once the Buy 1 Free 1 code is applied. In otherwords, if you prepfer to take advantage of the Buy 1 Free 1 offer in an order, you will no longer able to enjoy any discount in that order.

5. This "Buy 1 Free 1 Program" cannot be used in conjunction with the "Buy 5 Get 1 Free Program".

6. This "Buy 1 Free 1 Program" does NOT accumulate the discounted / Great Deal items, the items from the Limited Time Corner or the Job Lot items. These special items will not be counted as purchased items' accumulation, however, they could become the free gifts in the program. For instance, if an order contains 3 items with regular prices, and 1 item from the Limited Time Corner, then this order is only entitled to receive 1 free gift, not 2 free gifts, because only the 3 regular items will be counted for the "purchased item" accumulation. If the customer add another item with regular price in the same order (now the order contains 4 regular items and 1 special item), then the order become eligible to get 2 free gifts, and that item from the Limited Time Corner will become one of the 2 free gifts, as it is one of the items with the lowest prices in the order.

7. yoNEED.com reserves the rights to alter any rules, terms and conditions of its programs and disqualify any member who has been proven to possess a fraudulent account or provide false data.

8. In the event where yoNEED.com is not able to offer any selected item for any reason, yoNEED.com will offer alternative cash credit or replacement or item of equal or similar value from the yoNEED.com product range. Having said so, yoNEED.com shall reserve the rights to change or modify details of our product and offers at anytime of the program without prior notice.

9. You are limited to one redemption only within the program period of the Buy 1 Free 1 Program, which runs from 1st April 2011 to 31st May 2011. It is advisable that you accumulate your purchases and place your order in one go with as many items as possible to maximize the offer of this program. This Buy 1 Free 1 Program excludes items from job lots, One Pound Shop and Accessories categories.
