yòNEED Jewelry was founded early 2000, started as a local retail jewelry shop in Hong Kong, specializing in quality gemstones. With product quality and competitive pricing in mind, yòNEED had partnered with experienced manufacturers to produce and supply fine jewelry and accessories. This allows us to easily manage our product specification as well as offering our customers with direct-from-factory pricing.

Due to popularity and demands, our business has grown rapidly and expanded from local into the global market with orders from international buyers worldwide. In order to reach out to more markets and to provide a wider and easier access of our jewelry collections to our customers around the world, we launched our global online channel in 2004 with an extended range of our Russia Gemstones.

Soon after the launch of our online channel, with our extensive collections of quality gemstones and prompt customer service, yòNEED had achieved an annual sale of 100,000 items and was awarded Platinum Power Seller by eBay in year 2006. We were subsequently accorded with the eBay Preferred Training Certification - yòNEED is one out of the seven organizations in Hong Kong and China to be certified by eBay.

In recognition of the increasing requisitions from our buyers and wholesalers, we had also launched our yòNEED Wholesales Program in 2007 and had achieved a sale of 250,000 items per annum.

Today, yòNEED sells more than 500,000 pieces of jewelry annually in more than 150 countries with at least 150,000 online registrations and accounts globally. We sell more than 500,000 pieces of our jewelries every year through our yòNEED.com online business, eBay accounts and Alibaba sales channel. We are also a World Class Paypal verified seller with a track record in handling sales transactions with excellent customer service.

Design and Manufacturing

yòNEED Jewelry selects only the finest gemstones for our jewelry gallery – The Moissanite. Moissanite gemstones have brilliance, fire, luster and hardness that match diamond, ruby, emerald, and other fine gemstones. Our series of collections are made from Russia Gemstones of the Moissanite quality and grade. All our gemstones are professionally hand-set onto 18K gold plated copper or brass jewelry setting plates produced in world class plating facilities.

yòNEED's internal design team is constantly watchful of the market trends and customer needs to ensure that our collections are always innovative and trendy. Ordering from yòNEED

With a dedicated customer service team, we are able to offer our customers reliable and on time processing and delivery of your purchases. All your purchases will be processed and sent out on the following business day after we receive your payment. If your purchases are made during weekends, your orders will be processed and shipped out on Monday.

For normal shipment, you should allow around 10 to 15 working days for your orders to arrive. Special arrangements can be made for express shipments where your orders will be processed and shipped out on the same day*. Below is a table for the general delivery schedule :

You may return any item you purchase at yòNEED for exchange or replacement for item of the same value or lower if there is a defect or if you are unsatisfied with the item. You may also request for a refund and all refunds will be entertained but up to 80% of the purchase value only which excludes the cost of shipping and insurance.

Request for exchange or refunds must be made within 14 business days from the day of delivery confirmation and all items must be returned to yòNEED within 20 days of the mentioned delivery confirmation date.

All returned items must be sent to us via registered or recorded mail in their original condition and packaging. The tracking number of the said registered mail of the returned items must be provided to yoNEED. Shipping and handling charge will be applicable unless the goods are returned due to manufacturing defects.

For items purchased at eBay, members must provide their eBay member ID and eBay item number to facilitate us in checking the sender and source of your purchased items. You may include a note with the above information together with the package of your returned items.

A notification will be sent to your eBay message inbox upon receipt of your returned items and a hyperlink will be provided to you for selection of your preferred exchange items. Exchange shall be of equal or lower value of the returned item based on its final auction or buy-it-now values. Please inform us of your choice of item for exchange by sending us an eBay message.

Requests for exchange or refund will be processed within 2 business days. We shall notify you as soon as possible should there be any issues with your requests.
